Pop goes the weasel: you need to hook someone first then it can be used once but HAS TO BE USED with in the next 60 seconds.
so while the suriviors get a passive 100% will work when you need it too perk. we get a perk that works only after we put in SO much extra effort for it.
if the devs did listen to us this is what dead hard would look if pop stays the same.
Dead hard: once you unhook or be unhooked for the next 60 seconds you can press a button to not take damage.
or if they wanted to buff killers to the level of suriviors it would look like this
Pop: your perk goes on cool down each time you use it for 60 seconds then can be used once.
but nope Devs: “fuck the killers praise be the suriviors”

Dbd’s balance has always been a train wreck. As for listen to their community, I think they do a good job of appearing to, while also ignoring anything that benefits them (like DS) or would be a real effort to balance. Like new perks on older killers.
