Is anyone else having loadouts not save your gun choices and perks and instead resets after every match?

I think the game can not write your apps/save directory corretly.
Check that, or make a test game under admin-rights.
You obviously still have the user data file from the version before the patch - this seems to not work anymore (and leads to exactly what you mention).
Delete your user data and do all choices again - that at least worked for us.
Not sure if it’s the same, but when I play a solo Private match as Predator, when I load into the second match my primary weapon, secondary weapon and all my gear except healing kit disappears. When I quit back to customisation, I have to re equip them. It’s annoying because sometimes I like to just play Private solo as Predator to practice and warm up, try out new routes and discover new vantage points but I have to keep rebuilding my Predator loadouts. Haven’t tried Fireteam yet.
Sounds similar - did you delete your user data after patch 2.03? With ‘delete’ I mean delete the whole data structure - on PC delete the files, on PS4 there is an extra PS4 menu for doing this…
On PS4, I deleted my save data after Patch 2.02 when I was getting bluescreens the moment I loaded up the game. This loadout issue started happening after 2.03.
Yes, you have to delete it again - as the data structures obviously have changed with 2.03 - my PC-friend had that today too and after deleting (and arrrgh setting all up again) everything worked fine.
I deleted it immediately after 2.03 and had no such problems until now (PS4). So, maybe you should give it a try.
Hint: you also can save your current data on a USB-stick - before trying that out (just for the case that nothing is getting better by deleting…)
