So the problem I’m having is the missions the FT completes within 3 minutes…
like c’mon it takes me about 1 minute to find them and then I start scouting them out at little look at their play style.
Then when they go to the next objective I usually strike.
But that’s 4 minutes gone…
how painful it was to think I could wait for them to switch only to find out the chopper got called after 5 minutes.
I feel like the missions should take at least 10 minutes
Because now as pred I feel
Pressured to go in and melee them but that is not possible because they’ll just parry spam me and I am gone.
Harassing them with ranged attacks doesn’t seem to work because most FT have enough heals with them to supply an entire army.
Feel free to add your thoughts on this issue.
If you have any tips for me to avoid this problem would be amazing too.

Longer missions.
You pretty much summed it up. I visit camps before engaging FT to get the AI hot and bothered
Tips? Go and set off alarms at no less then 2 camps.
If you can memorize missions, that will help you. So you can wait and ambush if you know they’re coming to that spot.
As for thoughts, yeah ft needs longer/more complex missions, and matches need a longer time limit.
Like 25 or 30 min.
Don’t forget more complex. Let’s get some set pieces in the future!
Yes! Make the match longer.
People are complaining that the pred needs a buff. But I think of we as preds are not forced to engage so much but are actually able to properly hunt the game becomes much more balanced.
The damage the ft can do is pretty broken.
I had an idea I posted, but illfonic doesn’t seem interested?
Wasnt anything too major, it was just change guns from hitscan to projectiles.
Pred feels like a joke, if you’re playing with a team of ft players that know the game.
PS or PC? Cross play or not cross play. Makes a huge difference. Same old thread, different username. Can’t say were going to be much help, unless you’re just griping.
I’m on ps and cross play is turned of.
(Controlers just can’t compete with keyboard and mouse so I tend to turn CP of)
PS FT players tend to be easy fodder. IF you want a challenge, join crossplay battles with PC. I can’t tell you how easy it is for your first encounter with the field team to be a quick one.all day long I found it tough to finishing the weekly challenge of getting to the chopper, because the pred keeps blowing up!
I should change my strategy every so often and go sniper/pistol because my assault rifle/shotgun combo is a double threat.
I enjoy a challenge every now and then but that doesn’t change the missions they finish within seconds after I have just been in the que for 20 minutes
Predator should be able to shoot helicopter with plasma caster making a fight to the death the only way out.
