Loot Boxs

I just bought the game today, I’m level 9. Each time I open the loot box, my nice purple items that I get disappear. This has happened four times already. If my gear disappears when I open the box whats the point of paying to get loot boxs?

you dont always unlock the ITEM its self if it says “shader” its a colour for the item. You can buy the item and ull see the colours u got. or u can wait and see if u unlock the item its self. it will not say “shader” if its the actual item.

It’s frustrating to know there is only a certain amount of free loot boxs that you can get, now that I’m opening them and losing items, it’s like I never had them at all. Let me know if you can help me.

like i say u have not lost anything and they are not limited. you can earn them always.

Also to UK_Spawn, no it was not a shader. It was 3 purple helmets. Fast helmet, snow beanie, and the pilot ear muffs. It said I got them in the box and I looked in my customization and was unable to equip the very item I just unlocked.

yes, you unlock the colour. trust me, if you buy the fast helmet you will see you have unlocked a colour for it.

unlocking the actual item is very rare, so there is no way you got 3 items in 1 box, they are shaders/colurs
