I log on today and I saw my 87 predator skin was gone so was my minigun can u fix it please

hi i have the same problem as i bot the standard edition and then i asked for refund to get the deluxe edition and now my 87 skins and gun are locked is there a way to private message ILLFONIC?

Are you guys on PC? I’m on PS4 both skins are available to me.

I Preorder the game on the 9th of march standard edition. at that time there was no digital deluxe edition until like 2 days before the game came out .i asked epic games for refund to get the digital deluxe because it said i preorder that i would also get the preorder bonuses
