It turns out that the fun continues while I was waiting for Predator to play, opened the remaining boxes, connected to the session (after 9 minutes of waiting) and the game froze, re-entered the game and I have 100 boxes again. The bugs of this game are unfathomable!

Its not a Bug. The game sets them aside in a magical locker for lockers. All those lockers will come back.
