Major Lag on PC trying to enter menu during gameplay

Trying to hit escape to enter the settings menu is a pain to get into. It takes a minute of trying like there is some kind of timer on it. This needs to be available always. On PC EPIC.

The mini map also seems to be disabled during downed (viewing other members)

Actually i might have figured out that you need to have unlimited Frames set in order for this to happen.
