Make OWLF Recordings with a higher spawn rate

OWLF Recordings have a very small spawn rate increase it

I haven’t test it out, but I read somewhere in here, that you can try private matches (load it to play by yourself) and you should get 1 OWLF tape per game.

Now, I am not sure whether you may pick up a duplicate–meaning as an example you had already tape #5, and throughout a match you pick a tape but it’s just a repeat of what you had…
