So you pasted a generic screenshot from an Ubisoft sandbox to the top of the same image you posted last week? Also, I don’t think you really grasp how videogames are created. You can’t just keep expanding maps and adding assets as long as you want. This game engine isn’t optimised for things on an open-world scale. You try doing that and it’ll just crash, no matter how amazing your rig.
