So there was Aliens Colonial Marines that did this initially i think it was on the Wii? , but would there be any benefit to this multiplayer game where the maps are small, that a device could be plugged in and sent map data so that you can constantly look at the map on the device (iphone, 2nd monitor )?
Has this been done with other games?

Fallout 4, Red Dead 2 and I think on of the Assassin Creed games did this oh and Dying Light. Either way I think that would be a really cool and immersive idea and people would use the map more too I think. Also maybe limited collectors edition wrist gaunlet that you could put your phone in or something when this game gets more traction or like f13 the ultimate slasher edition.
