Maps are too predictable Pred knows too much

So far I am happy to see the game where it is however there is one thing I do not think people saw coming.
Predators are memorising where reinforcement and mission objective points are and laying bear traps and motion sensors.

In real life would the Pred really know where these were???

It is definately hard to change the map and I get this. But maybe for the next patch you could make it more realistic to combat players who memorise missions according to map (like me).
Also maybe the reinforcement could be spawned throughout the map regardless and lucky dip which one activates or have it materialise when the reinforcement counter has reached 0.

This is just something that will happen as people learn the map.
Maybe new missions could help so it’s harder to predict the ft mission based on their movements etc.

Again great job so far I am very happy and this is just a small thing that would make it more realistic.

Thanks for all the work.

So that’s what hunters do LOL they set traps and wait. Hunters finds game trails, sets up shop and gets the kill, then comes back next time, same place and repeats. If u don’t like it too bad. Deal with it.

Can’t you disarm the trap by shooting it?

No.

I keep an image of each map with the reinforment positions I know of marked up on my second monitor.

They are still random, so if I pass by a known spot I check it for a radio and take note.

In reality though, the skinned bodies around the map kind of infer that the Predator has been there a while now and would probably know where that radio was and where most of the points of interest are.

Almost like we as players are learning this…

For game balance reasons though it would probably be bad to mark all of this on the Predator’s map for them.

don’t the skinned bodies kind of mark the general area where a reinforce station is?

Not from my experience, no.

It is randomized to be fair, so if you hit all the major known spots you burn some time looking for it. Even then it doesn’t always appear exactly in the same spot every time. They move slightly.

Its an easy sound to find once you hear it though.

Realistically, yea. Pred would do this. They would see people going to the radio for help and have learned what humans tend to do with it.
