Marmite, a spread made of yeast extract. Nice and tangy, separates the men from the boys, the weak from the strong, the alphas from the betas!!

Its a bi-product of beer production…so some kind of sticky stuff found in the barrels months after distillation…
you must use a metal scrapper to scrap the bottom of the barrel…then put on toast.

It tastes exactly how it sounds…like mezonite.potassomite. kezetozite. Tasty~

Never heard of it. Is it the same as vegemite? We use canned fruit jams on toast here in cali.
