To go along with what @BadBlood said, stay hydrated, up electrolyte intake (drink some gatorade), get more sleep, and if you are taking any allergy meds or decongestants, make sure to continue taking those, and contact your doctor if you develop further breathing problems. Of course I am not a Doctor (yet), but I have had lung and autoimmune conditions since I was born, so I know a few things to help with breathing. Hoping you make a quick and full recovery!
