On May The Fourth Be With You and Revenge of The Fifth, make all blades on weapons glow shaders that are applied to them. For Honor did a lightsaber event, and Disney also owns Star Wars and Predator, so it is within possibility.
Combistick=Double Bladed Lightsaber
Katana=Single Bladed Lightsaber
Elder Sword=Single Bladed Lightsaber (Reverse Grip)
Battle Axe=Lightaxe
Alpha Sickle=Lightsickle
Wristblades=Wristsabers (Armor Style Shader=Color)
FT Knives=Lightshanks
etc.

I’d rather it be a new weapon versus a skin

I’d be freaking hyped if that was released with a Star Wars/heavily sci-fi inspired DLC pred. On that pred all blades would glow like lightsabers.

It’s not Star Wars. Disney owns Snow White as well , but I don’t want to see the 7 OP dwarves chasing down the Predator 😅
