I am thinking, if the Fornite event does bring players from their base to the game, they may not like the Hunt mode and may flock to the Clash mode, since its closer to a traditional shooter of team death match. I am wondering if they had this plan at Illfonic, I mean while the Predator fans are focusing on new mode, hopefully the gauntlet leak true, the other crowd will be busy with clash. Also hoping they took the time from dlc track to work on the new mode and maps.
Maybe Clash may help with possible influx of Fornite players?
Makes sense to me, and probably why they dropped clash first that way it was ready for when/if they make the jump. And if we do get the new Gauntlet Mode which is hopefully a 3v4v4v4 or a 3v6v6 bigger scale Hunt Mode then I for one will be Ecstatic 😁👍
Hopefully, I mean I think some plans were made, with COVID probably set back some things, like making Alpha Predator a skin longer to the code, but with shipping issues with NECA they might of scrapped that. I mean I preordered the second round of that figure and it got delayed from August to October.
I preordered Alpha Figure as soon as it was avail then when they gave me some bs about it would be delayed a few months And they were releasing him for free I cancelled it
Ok why the fuck is everyone assuming fortnite players are A going to come to this game and B ruin the game?? Them putting a predator skin in there game does not make them want to play this. If anything it would be the opposite. Now if they wanna be a predator they can play there game of choice and be a predator at the same time. And If we did get a big bunch of fortniters, that would be good. More players is always good
I had heard though the second round of figures weren’t going to have them, but I still wanted figure.
They are hinting events in Fornite related to Jungle Hunter, so they might have a season dedicated to it, like they did with Marvel and Star Wars. Its just the type of younger crowd Fornite brings in that people are worried we may get more of those antics on Hunting Grounds if they did start to make their way.
What antics tho?? Like, we don’t already have people doing all the possible nonsense there even is to do in the game lol
Just more yelling, I notice some new people who seem new to game, don’t figure out yet that should mud up and that mic can be heard by Predator as well.
This. We may get a few newbies, but kids play Fortnite because they like Fortnite (and all its associated shit like dancing and cartoony graphics). Just because a child-friendly version of Pred is being put in the game (which isn’t going to be ripping spines out or doing anything much besides what all the other generic characters do) doesn’t mean we’re going to have a mass influx of 8 year olds.
…though as a Pred player I welcome with open arms new clueless FT members as they do make for some fun games.
Yeah I just don’t understand the fuss
Ok so more people giving away there position on mic? Lol
You’d be surprised, they talk in lobby and say what they are going to do or talk the whole time when mission starts making them possibly the first to die or reveal our position.
I feel like it has been showing up more as I play a Fireteam, where I get unfamiliar team with game, not mudding up or them just shooting all over the place for fun. Or they run away when there is chance to save someone.
Not knowing the Predator can hear them in lobby or in game.
When I play as pred, seem like that goes out window as I face the more out to kill fireteam, which doesn’t help when I get lag. lol.
Yeah I mean bad kids are bad lol
Well if the Fornite thing does bring new people without any negative side effect then no problem with it.
