Melee has a mind of its own.

I don’t use my melee anymore unless I have too at the extraction. I will be switching from my disc to my bow,shoot a shot,then leap somewhere else for more shots. Out of nowhere he will swing his wrist blades when they are not manually selected or I push the button for it. Puts me out of cloak and I get punished with spotters and good aim. Does this happen to anyone else or is my controller on life support???

Happens for me oftenly now btw im on PC and via KBM aka keyboard and mouse… its annoying as fk and i cant leap cause of it or go cloak mode

I’m on ps4. Happened a lot after patch, then it stopped but it happens from time to time like every other game

So no, your controller is fine, try to swing multiple times then leap, it should fix it…

Go play as fireteam. If you randomly start shooting or meleeing, it’s your controller. Otherwise, it’s the newest pred bug.
I have one bad controller (PS4) and it would shoot when I didn’t want it to. The controller was old and had stress applied to it so much that the inards were getting bent and extremely sensitive to the controller being touched.

I don’t think it’s ever happened on fireteam but I will try it out though

Yea it’s rough and definitely frustrating. Luckily I don’t get stuck in trees anymore but sometimes my leap won’t work even when I have stamina. And the melee glitch.
