I am not saying its ridiculous right now but it’s also not negligible, but I have been playing fireteam a good chunk of the day and I just keep seeing predators left and right go in and melee an entire team back to back.
Melee is a little to strong for predator currently

i completely disagree with you and i think melee is completely unviable unless your throwing your weapon mid combo FT has more than enough Firepower to kill predator before he downs them let alone finishing a combo were not even talking about parrying

Melee is booty just pull your knife out and start swinging randomly you’ll get a parry and everyone will melt the pred

I feel you, happened to me twice in a row today. I’m decent at parrying but melee’ing everyone is definitely still a thing. Parry isn’t a for sure thing.
Not if your teammates are covering u. Any more than a couple quick hits and a retreat and ur asking to be lit up.
Just not gonna be happy till the predator can just be taken out like ai

Same could be said about Pred mains wanting FT nerfs.
Actually it’s worst when a Pred main wants it, because they should want to take on equal or better opponents. Wanting easy opponents is a sign of their weakness, the FT are just doing a mission and defending themselves.

Not really I’d be happy if he couldn’t just walk up to 2 of us and claim both with wrist blades its fucking lame but since it doesn’t make a difference because enough of you counter the claim to make it not change that even if people are right you’ll likely argue to keep it busted to your liking
If you both have hammerheads that’s all she wrote I played with it yesterday downed a pred in 3 different games myself

Switch Predator for Fireteam and I agree. Their melee capability is insane.

No, they don’t…the Predator just had weapon buffs because they were too weak before.
You probably faced Predator using Fearless perk.
There is a bug that glitches multiple slashes, I believe just a double slash.

Exactly. Melee is only viable agaist 4 random ps4 that play for searching veritanium during fight. Against decent fireteam you will get melted so hard if you try to melee them. And even if you manage to down some one you will be out of stamina and get melted as well. Not to mention how incredibly easy is the perry. Some of the swing of pred should be unperryable in order to be able to bait the ft’s knife and be able to down some one without die. One perry and you will be death trust me.
