Missing 3D Models of fire team members when deploying on the ground PC

Hello,
The bug sometimes occurs when i play as fireteam. When the people touch the ground and get their weapons in aiming position, sometimes the guy next to me doesn´t hold a weapon in his hand. He still does the animation, just without a weapon model in his hand
