Mission not working PS4

I’m playing on PS4 and I was playing as fire team and the mission worked up until we had to kill the drug lord, he just never spawned in and we couldn’t complete the mission.

On PC, just had the same issue happen. Kill Drug Lord objective.

On ps4 Played a mission on Derailed where we had to kill the Lead tech/Captain something sorry not sure and the target was not on the map and we still kept the objective with no way to complete. No way points or markers. Finally finished by killing the Predator.

can confirm, same mission, youre supposed to find the Tech guy in a rundoen village near a pond and he never spawns.

Yea this mission with the tech cheif, every time the only way to win the mission for the fireteam is to kill the predator, otherwise predator can just wait out the clock and slowly pick off the team
This has happened every time I’ve encountered this mission
