Mission objectives for pred

I know other people are going to say a lot against this but the pred honestly should know were the fire teams objectives are.

In the movies and such he could and did hack into comms. in the games he did too. The preds tech has no issue doing this due to how advanced it is.

The pred should know were the fireteam’s objectives are so he can set up an ambush for them. It makes no sense that the pred doesn’t

Also the pred honestly needs to know were the reinforcement location is currently there is no way for the pred to know until its been triggered and at that point its to late to defend it or stop it.

If he had to complete some objectives in order to receives the mission planning I’m ok with that.

Maybe even recieve tech from previous hunt parties for bonus exp?

I’m main pred, but I play as FT also and let me tell you - this would unbalance the game drastically. Between your target isolation scan and ability to hear firefights across the map there shuld be no need for this extra advantage. Just my opinion

I’m not happy that reinforcement are in this game, but since they are, it would be pointless to try to trigger them if pred would be already waiting there for you 100% times

What’s with the Pred players, it’s like they want to hunt bots. 🤷‍♂️

No, in my opinion the game is based off of the 87 Predator movie. A squad enters the jungle to complete objectives and they take on a non-terrestrial. Simple and sweet.

The addition to the predator lore or a welcome feature.

As a predator main, NO! seriously there are only like 3 main spots in each map. If your a good predator you can figure where the radio is sometimes. Your thermal vision is there for a reason. Not only does it show you sound, but it highlights ammo crates, health packs and objectives. Even if my target isolation doesn’t light up I can still find them quick. I also check areas for the radio when I’m close to one of the few spawns they have. Sometimes I trap it and sometimes I just make note so I know where they are headed too.

In the movies he did not ‘hack’ comms from his prey. He listened to their dialogue and recorded it for deception purposes but in no way did Jungle Hunter know that Dutch and his team were there for specifically collecting the cabinet administrators that were being held by the rebels. Same goes for City Hunter - he didn’t know that Peter Keyes and his team were going to infiltrate his feeding ground at the slaughterhouse - he detected their light beams using a different vision mode (in effect, target isolation). The number of examples can go on and on.

The comics, novels, and movies clearly state that the Predator species look for conflict of humans to hunt the most dangerous game. He/she would hunt the prey but is not figuring out their objectives - he/she is simply figuring out their movements based on observation and hunting tactics.

Overall, finding the FT is part of the game - hunt them down and take them out…whether it is one at a time or all at once or whatever tactic a player uses…just part of the game.
