Modified reserve vs energy cell?

For massive plasma salvos, do you want a reserve that regens faster or just more energy overall?

I think the recommended perk is the reduced overcharge time.

You’re gonna overload. Plasma, slam, it’s gonna happen. Energy cell is better overall in that case.

Modified reserve is really only good paired with the cloak perk on hunter for permanent cloak or if you’re running other perks and energy cell is just too costly.

Then again I’m not the best guy to give advice but that’s my 2 cents
