Honestly, the only problem with ft is the damage.

I genuinely cant think of anything that’s an issue on it’s own.

If the ping is 100+ its not smart to try much other than plasma caster, melee is not that affected by ping but its shit cus of ft stupid damage. Illfonic has not given much options for predators to play when they dont want to die. Specially when you take in consideration ping, night maps, locations that are deathtraps for preds like buildings and caves.

One shot lock on pc that has the same fire rate.

Oh. I would handle that no problem.
If they bring damage lore from both sides in this game, it would be Pred players who would complain even more than now. Imagine half a dozen shotgun shots enough to down the Pred (Pred 2).

Yeah as I said these are the only two weapons worth using.

Enjoy using that “reliable” hook if you want to get 100 -> 0’d in 5 seconds by one person spinning around and hitting headshots while you’re waiting for the melee animation to end.

Caster is just objectively better to AOE splash a group outside of FT’s murder range.
Axe is bugged and the only reason to use sickle and such is if you literally cannot aim and you’re punished for using melee in this game anyway.
There’s no reason to use handheld caster or the meme disc that leaves a trail back to your stationary body when theres caster and bow lol.

If you don’t want people using 1-2 weapons then fix preds worthless roster of gimmick weapons. If you can hit bow headshots and casters on people grouped, everything else is just worse.

Fully charged shot? Yes. Rapid shots? It only makes sparks on the trees. Splash damage? None.

If we went by lore lot’s of things would be different. Like orange/red blurred vision without mask. Probably less stamina too. Shoulder cannon and wrist computer could be destroyed. Masks could be taken easier. Oh my…

Probably same would happen to the Pred after a .50 sniper shot.

It wouldn’t be pilotable. And it would only be 1.

Same for FT. Underbarrel grenade, frag grenade, RPG would send the Pred back to his planet.
