I’m having a blast with the game at the moment, (queue times aside 😂) but now that a lot have played the game since release, myself included, everyone knows the maps really well… As a Predator, it’s no longer guess work as to where the Fireteam is… I’m hoping for some new, dare I say bigger maps soon.
As for the Fireteam Perks, some are quite useful, but I feel the “anti-predator” ones shouldn’t be in the game IMHO. A Fireteam, only briefed in stopping a drug lord, or retrieving Intel, shouldn’t be able to spot an alien, they know nothing about so damned easily. Nor should they be able to take down a 7ft Predator with a combat knife…🤔 And as for the parry, well, we all know that’s horse sh*t! 😂
Predator Weapons… The hand held plasma cannon, the Net Gun, and Smart disc need a rework…the net, as it stands is pretty much useless against other players, the smart disc is too slow, and the hand held plasma takes too damn long to aim … And by the time you’ve managed to get a player in your sights, they’ve hopped out of the way, Fortnite style!
The Sword is pretty cool, but the only saving grace, is the Combi-stick!
As I said, I’m having a blast, I’ve been waiting for a good Predator game for years. I hope the Devs work on it, add worthwhile content, and get the game into a state, where everyone has a good game, Fireteam and Predator alike. At the moment, the Fireteam seems to have an advantage… Loads of health, reinforcements, and whatnot… Sorry for the rant!
