Mouse/Camera locked on both X and Y axis Bug cant play

Two green lines on bottom and right of the monitor are visible at all times windowed/fullscreen does not help
Mouse is locked on both X and Y axis cant look around or aim.

Note:Tried with two different Mouse brands that work all other shooters so it probably isn’t a hardware issue.

Any help would be appreciated since currently this makes game unplayable.

reinstall your graphics drivers.

Clean install.

Geforce Gtx 1060 6gb on 446.14 Driver version
16 Gigs of Ram
DX 12
Win 10 64 bit latest update
So i tried to reinstall whole thing once again still no improvement.
It may be Win 10 related since clicking any combination of mouse and more than 2 keys on keyboard produces Win 10 warning sound same thing happens when clicking on the green line .

Problem solved.
Apparently Comodo antivirus software does not like easy anti cheat nor launcher.
