mouse movement = stuttering

as the title indicates I’m having stuttering literally anytime I move my mouse either at start menu, in game, paused, you name it. Not sure if im the only person with this issue but I cant play the game. system is AMD 1920x threadripper, GPU R9 nano. everything up to date.

same here; tried lowering all settings, altering mouse dpi, turning down and up all relevant mouse settings and all version of display option; ie; windowed, fullscreen etc
all produce stuttering every time i move the mouse…1 second lag instantly the the mouse is moved.
on title screen and in game. its utterly unplayable for me.
ive yet to try with controller (might try that in a minute and see if changes anything)

for reference:
windows 10 pr 64bit
20gb ram
i7 4790
1080gtx
running on an ssd.

did either of you guys figure this out?

edit: tested this with controller and everything is buttery smooth with no stuttering no matter what graphics settings i choose.

i suggest this is an issue with RAW mouse input as was previously seen in games like GTA v.

can confirm ive plugged in a cheap mouse and the game runs perfectly fine with it.
has to be some kind of mouse filtering or driver issue; or RAW mouse input.

OK after plenty of hours trolling through forums etc
FIXED IT!
issue seems to be related to polling rate. at least for me.

saw on a few forums that some games are suffering with polling rates of mice set to 1000 causing this exact issue.
dipped into my Cyborg RAT system and dropped the polling rate to 500 and BOOM issue fully solved!

i know most high DPI gaming mice have polling rate settings and from what ive read certainly logitech and Razer etc all do…
so if you have dedicated mouse software; head into it and see if you can drop polling rate to 500 or maybe 250.

take smooth mouse off, increase report rate on mouse to max… I read comments and it seems your mouse cant handle 1k

Buhahahahaha if You “AMD 1920x threadripper” Can’t handle 1000 polling rate, this is a big joke. It must be broken or something… my old i7 6700 do it without problem. Well good to know, not to buy this shitty AMD procesors… :)
