Movement Key Mappings!

I am not able to set my movement key mappings (forward, left, right strafe etc.). Not everyone uses Minecraft key mappings!
I saw some videos on YouTube where people are able to set the movement key mappings?! Why is it not available on mine? I run it under Epic games. Are there maybe a config file I can edit or is this just a case of uninstall and NEVER buy from this company again?
