Mr Black energy bug?

Why is it that when I use Mr. Black the cloak takes up a little bit of energy but vision mode does not, however when I use cloak by itself the bar slowly goes down, but if I use cloak and vision mode together my bar literally regenerates slowly?
What in grandmother’s butter dishes bake is going on here?

He is one of the predator classes with the passive of infinite thermal vision.

Are you using him with modified reserve perk ?

Thanks for the reply! Yes modified reserve. I actually just switched to the same perk on my hunter class and noticed it’s opposite. Meaning vision mode slowly Regens and cloak by itself just sits still or maybe depletes very slowly, but both together slowly depletes. It’s so weird maybe the perk itself is bugged? Cause on hunter class man no other perk does anything like that. Does that regeneration come in to play even while those modes are active or something?

The perk causes that, energy regeneration buff, it can make either cloak or thermal not drain when used separate in some classes.
