Ms on PPL is high

from NL why do i more often join USA servers and not Eu dem It fix it giff my ppl whit low Ms and Plzz Fix ur servers just ask dem sony

wen i play my ms is fine problem is if i find a loby ppl have 70-90Ms and i think becase i join a USA server not a Eu server
