So here’s the question, right?
Punishment is death as long as the crime is not disproportionate to this punishment, fair. “A life for a life” is a pretty basic concept until you get into rape, false accusations, slander etc. But just working with the assumption that the legal system is perfect, where is the line drawn?
Are we going to tread the line of age of consent? Child brides? Which pedos are we genociding?
As for legal implementation, would this be an easily exploited system to get back at people? Devil’s advocate here but getting someone convicted of murder? Pretty difficult to set up. False rape accusations? Happens all the time.
Well once all the pedos are removed there would be no problem. Shit we will start with the already convicted ones the ones already in the system. If you can get accused of rape of a child then you are guilty. That shit is disgusting and Im sure there will be a few mishaps but that is the price we are going to have to pay to get rid of the pedo thought process for good
