Mythic items disappearing

(PS4) Upon the games release I unlocked the skull cleaver. As of right now I do not have it I’m unable to equip this item to my classes which I find very frustrating. It was orginally on my items but it seems my classes have been reset. Anybody knows how to fix this let me know. Very frustrating. I have also had prior items disappear on me when unlocking them. This is a big issue. I have evidence of having the knife prior to the new update.

It’s supposed to be a lvl 130 unlock…

One of my friends had the lvl 100 FT outfits unlocked at lvl 1… after an update he no longer does. I’d say that is a bugfix, not a bug.

It just sucks for wasting my time for the lootboxs. Doesn’t give me anything in return with the limited lootboxs, atleast give me a mask or something instead of now having nothing from the lootbox. Hella dumb. I cant put my money in this game anymore cause of all the problems. Was gonna buy the Dutch, samurai predator, and alpha predator when it came out on the figure. But I’m scared I wont even get the actual item cause this game has so many problems, I feel staff doesn’t care about its community. This game needs major work. Becoming a waste of time now. Might put the game away cause of this.

Seriously… You’ll get the knife back at 130… and if you’ve unlocked shaders for it, they’ll be there I guess…

Come back when you’ve hit lvl 150 and bought over a thousand Field Lockers and only gotten mislabeled Mythic rarity items… Like Violet Shader for that Skull Cleaver and effin’ Crimson for Prophet Mask… Neither of which should be Mythic rarity.

Yeah the point of it is to not buy loot boxs, I understand everything is free but it’s just time consuming having to loose everything you worked for, you only get a certain amount of free loot boxes before the real grind starts you understand? Not saying the game is hard to level up in by any means just an annoyance that shouldn’t be happening. Which is why I’m posting it on the bug report in hope that it gets fixed, respectfully.

i think on PC they did not reset during this new lvling system for these different knife types. I think I still had characters whom had the specific knife loaded in or maybe not. Either way I did notice it too and was thrilled to have needed to lvl up to 150 and get them back again. Considering they are not a priority for me whatsoever. But it only took me like a 3 or 4 days to do it. woopde fuckin doo.
