My Epic Games is screwing up and I cant see PC friends online either btw so will have to be PS I’m afraid.

But if your epic starts working again, I’d suggest Craftsman’s discord, as Mith said they play a lot of privates
Sometimes those issues occur because of an Epic Laucher update people don’t install right away.
