Need solution for throwable weapons.

Really sick losing both the Combi-Stick and Smart disc being stuck and or lost in inaccessible places.

Change the collision boxes for throwables or WIDEN the pick up range.
Combistick getting stuck on a tree and cant jump to get it because the predator mounts to the tree in a specific place.

The shit is so aggravating. Like wow my combi stick is lodged under a truck and is poking out of the other side…and I can see it but it is less than a foot at scale away from the predator.

Also the icons when scanning the FT need to be NOTICEABLY different based on class and rank. They are the right size but the detailing is too damn small.

There are ways to map jump separate from Predkour (at least on PC), but I agree. This is can be very frustrating.

Get good and start planning your throws and thinking a head before throwing the fucking things what a dumbass thread. Lol

Yes there are.
Combistick:

  1. Thrown outside of the map.
  2. Lodged under a truck.
  3. Lodged outside of the map higher than the leap
  4. Lodged under a truck poking out the other side.
  5. Stuck under the map with the body.
  6. Lodged just outside of the invisible wall. Ground.
    Edit: And to add to this list it’s now been stuck inside one of the shacks that are on risers that you can’t walk into. LIKE COME THE FUCK ON…

Smart Disc:

  1. Completely left the map after missing me on return.
  2. Lodged in a tree top that is inaccessible again missing on return.
  3. Lodged under a vehicle.
  4. Lodged in an accessible height but beyond the wall of the map.

Sometimes I can leap to grab them out of the tees BUT when it is logged above the mounting point BUT between the two paths for the branches it is aggravating.

Pretty sure this is good grounds for improving design/solution.
Neither of these weapons are used in the way that I use them…widely.
I get it…but I throw my combistick exclusively. Same as the smart disc.
That’s my load out! I don’t think I’ve lost both of them in one match but this happens enough. A better retrieval solution is reasonable.

Lol, get good. How many people run Smart Disc and CombiStick and ONLY throw either of them?

When the entire forum was complaining about MeLeE that wasn’t even the worst of it.

retrieval for smart disc should be on demand (same as lore), combi you have to go get (but it shouldn’t pass through players and not do anything also).
