Neither one should be OP. The game is “balanced” in all the wrong ways leaving little to no room for error correction.
How can a Pred player get any better if it gets melted in 2 seconds after making one mistake? It has to requeue and wait yet another 10 minutes for just one more chance to try something different.
The same applies for FT, if you venture out, you are dead. And I get it, that’s how the game is supposed to be, but when a single shot will down you and you have no way at getting cover and none of your buddies have the chance to pick you up because the disc will kill you two hits on the ground… well… something’s not right.
Damage needs to be nerfed across the board. Make matches last longer. Punish potato players by forcing them in a 15 minute match that will achieve nothing (no deaths, no mission, etc.). That will also keep them mostly busy and interfering less with better players.
Buff health instead of nerfing damage. Buffs are better received by communities and it would achieve the same result.
Buffing health does not solve the issue unless medkits, syrettes, etc. get buffed as well.
Is just easier to nerf damage. I doubt people will complain if both are equally nerfed.
Tbh, I was lucky enough to have that good Isabelle player on my team. The other players were useless potatoes that kept dying to the a.i. lol.
If that Isabelle player wasn’t on the team, you probably would’ve won a lot quicker.
