They are way too OP. Unless the groups are organized it seems like none of the players really stand a chance. Lots of players don’t seem to use headsets in quickplay, making it nearly impossible to succeed. Predator will wipe out squads almost immediately because of the lack of balance here.

You basically just said nerf the predator because people suck at this game. Are you serious? And you want to talk about balance? Let’s talk about how the fireteam can respawn any dead team member 20-30 seconds after the 1st person dies. Let’s talk about the amount of heals a fireteam has compared to the predator.
4 team members have 2 syringes each usually.
That’s 8 PERSONAL heals amongst themselves.
Then each teammate runs the med kits. That’s two medkits EACH person that EVERYONE can use.
That’s 8 Universal heals for the whole team.
That’s 16 heals that the fireteam can preform at maximum in a round. That’s not even counting the common medkits spread around the map.
Another thing for balancing. Want to talk about the knife? Hits like a freight train for some reason. Oh and the parrying too. You have a competent team that know how to parry constantly, the predator is gone.
It sounds like you aren’t playing with A. The right people (which is a you problem) and or B. You aren’t playing correctly at all (also another you problem).
I’m not gonna be that guy to be like “git gud scrub” but you literally said nerf the predator because you and your teammates whoever that may be, are doing horrible at the game.
And before you call me some predator main or whatever. I mostly play fireteam. But even I know playing as fireteam is VERY easy to do. Run, shoot, hold a button for a second here and there, rinse, repeat.

Basically what I got from this was “Me bad, team bad, other player good. Nerf other player to make me happy.” Seriously just play more and learn how to play better.

when it runs up to you and you launch 4 shotgun blasts to the face it should kill it currently not the case either balance pred or up shotgun damage

a pred is a steath hunter , i agree it should be able one shot/kill you from a hidden position not run around like a chicken between fire team members waving it’s pointy stick . it’s supposed to be a glass canon extremely deadly but if you put yourself out there in the open you’re gonna lose. had a great match this morning witha great pred , had to reinforce 2 team and he still got us all in the end it was tense and fun , but when he is harvesting a player and i put 4 slugs in it it should go down
You forgot the part where those deployable medkits offer THREE full heals not just one each so it’s more like… 24 full heals. And then if you even one guy muds up and gets away you have to fight that whole Fireteam all over again fully rearmed and resupplies because it is nigh impossible to stop it if you aren’t presently performing a colonoscopy on the sorry bastard that just got to the radio for it. But other than that I agree.

Bro 1 person isn’t posed to be strong enough to kill pred and also, shotgun blasts to the face aren’t gonna do much damage to a pred when he’s wearing a protective metal mask.

I stand corrected. You know what I also didint think of. If the last guy manages to call in the dead members, they respawn with all their stuff again. Basically considerably increasing the amount of heals AGAIN.

Yeah, going to have to disagree with you here.
I play solo without headset and i’m not having any issues so far with predator being OP. 90% of games i’ve played the FT are smart enough to work as a unit with the odd 10% of having a headless chicken try to solo everything. That said I’ve had plenty of games where two of the FT are occupied with objective/killing the npc’s and the other two lay in to the predator.
utter bollocks. bullshit. ive killed and chased the predator or watched team mates in public lobbies chase him down. he needed buffs seems we got alot of patch changes etc. he still needs more no doubt im sure. way too op … right. go play him then come back and say that. lol.
