Net gun not working properly.

I netted 3 FT members and none of them got netted up which cause me to go into 2nd wind. BS please fix this ASAP

Ok so. Where you trying to net ppl who were by a downed teammate? Or did the net just collide with something else?

Nets can be finicky. I have found that aiming a bit to the right and high (head level) on the target gets better results than aiming for center of mass.

Also, snap firing them at point blank range is pretty consistent as well.

Do you know why they didn’t work/what went wrong? Do you record your games, that usually really helps folks aid you in investigating. Also as Fire said, hit boxes can go wonky sometimes.

Yeah, what Draedark said.

If the net hits any part of the environment on it’s way to the target, it will break before it gets to said target. Dont try and use it in doorways, inside buildings or other narrow paths. I think it might even break if it touches the ground too.

So aiming high to the target is very good advice.

It hit both of them because the hit marker came up. They were about 3-5 feet apart. I needed the left one and it instantly broke upon contact. Same with the left guy. And I netted them quick too.

I was out side in the clear about 15 ft away in a bush. Nothing in the way and I have good aim. I compensate for the drop of the net.

Lol hell yea, I aim for the head while netting and I haven’t been disappointed yet…it’s more consistent

Hard to say without seeing it to be honest.

If you say broke out immediately, they could just have a macro or really fast fingers.

Macro or turbo button in a console controller.

You used to be able to but they said they changed that in 1.06 I thought.

They need to stop selling those cheater remotes or at least disable use for those.
