yeah loads of people. it goes away on its own probably due to connection issues. Not neccesarily your internet connection but somewhere along the lines there is some issue that causes connection to be lost.

Some have said restarting the game may help you reconnect. but it doesnt stop it happening.

AFAIK there is no “fix” because its connection related (imo)

because the server stores your level and info, so if you cant contact the server or are in offline mode it will show lvl0 , exit and retry. if u cant connect then offline mode isnt worth going on, there is only tutorial.
