Network Error

I have an authentication problem and I can’t even login into the game and it remains for even an entire day. What can I do to fix it? Sometimes the game start , sometimes doesn’t. I have not any internet problem, it’s just this shit authentication failed :(

I send a mail to info@illfonic.com becuse I had this issue as well,.they answer me one time but I think Between here they answer me every time I send him a message will take weeks and weeks.

I get this frequently as well since day one, i’ve got 50+ hours into the game, the devs have been incommunicado, I’m at a point where i’d rather just have my $60 back.
