Looks like you confused something. The team alert thing just got added with the latest patch. That reinforcement available thing always pops up when it’s actually ready.

I have to admit I have spammed it on one occasion when the last FT decided to just camp in a corner and not attempt to reinforce or even do the objective but yeah should be some sort of cool down
It’s annoying, once a person who’s dead alerts team there should be a cool down of 1min before they can alert team again.
