I’m sure I’m not the only person thinking this, but aliens would be great in this game. The 2010 AvP game on the old consoles was great, I really think they could implement aliens in this game even though it’s meant for predators. Just like the movie Predators from 2010 had a team of mercenaries brought together on a mysterious planet to fight and survive against the predators and other species the predators brought along. Where I truly want to see this game go is in the future, back to the colonial marines. I think a bit of futuristic aspect is needed when it comes to this. I know your trying the whole original predator idea but I don’t think you should only stop there, branch off create something more unique. This is a great game and I think this game could truly pull it off if set in the right direction. Just imagine fighting through a xenomorph infested maze having doors and traps moving all around you having to get your team to navigate throughout a temple that the predators where meant to having there hunting grounds in. Crazy but doable idea, please pull this off! This is a great game, with all the support I’m sure you can do it!

As much as I like Aliens VS Predator conceptually, I’m glad this game is straight up Pred VS FT. The AVP games where fun for what they were but there was always too much going on and wierd mechanics that didn’t quite work as desired. The last AVP game bombed. Would I like more variety of skins/weapons/maps though? Of course. But they need to fix the glitches and balance for the game ss is before even considering adding the overcomplexity of getting xenomorphs involved.
I agree with that completely, the state of the game needs to be worked on first. As not many individuals play it as is. But I could see NPC aliens in future dlc, they would be crazy not to add it. Since it is more content. To not add content that would be fun, would be a shame. But this game has taken more of a dive bomb then AVP based on sales and reviews. Not a lot of people are buying the game, sadly. I feel like Predators and Aliens go hand in hand, hince the lore. I don’t feel that they can easily cut out aliens, without it feeling like missing content.
Yeah, that’s fair. The occassional NPC Alien maybe but as playable would just overcomplicate a game already struggling to find its footing. I’m not surprised that the game isn’t selling well. Because of quarantine you have to buy digital period and also not everyone has money to spare right now. Then there’s the fact that the entire fanbase is getting pitchforks and torches at the slightest grievance. 4vs1 Asymetric Shooters are already not on people’s radars much yet but then have everyone who has say the game is shit from the jump is NOT gonna get those on the fence to buy, lol.
