So today I’ve had this happen twice. I was in second wind went to heal did the animation stood up. Still in second wind but no timer. No changing weapons or attacking just running around with a syringe.

Don’t forget the secondary weapon bug! Where in the weapon wheel your secondary weapon is just a duplicate of the plasma caster.
