Let level 150 pred players do “Alpha Hunt” where they can face 5 FT members instead of 4.
Also, alpha hunt prefers premade? And premades have the option of going 5 strong and matchmaking against only level 150 preds. Matchmaking would take longer for sure but they would get priority if they’re a 5 strong premade.
Not sure what other peoples experiences are but as a pred player it’s hard for me to find a challenge in this game unless I equip weapons / builds that I’m not super comfortable with.
I’m seeing this as more of a “checkbox” where you enter the matchmaking pool for this type of game mode and it’s pulling players from the same hunt pool of players. From their perspective, the FT simply might end up in a game with 5 FT members instead of 4. At that point they’d know they were in a game with a level 150 pred. Maybe making it available at level 100 for pred would make more sense.

The only thing we need that will hold us off for a while, is a 2v8 3v10 or 12 hunt.

That will keep everyone entertained for a good while like a few months until ilfonic decides to make some new content.

holy shit that was me. that’s hilarious. i actually DO lose about 1 out of 10 games, and i was having a bad day. that was actually my first game back after like 7 days of not playing this game. ha. you guys were fuckin annoying. i like purposely let people heal and shit most of the time to make the game a little more interesting and i made a mistake and you were like relentless on me like you never win or something. i legit win 9/10 games, and that game was an off game. i ran across the map to heal and you still got there. i would have loved to rematch you. this is actually what i’m talking about and why i want this mode. i play 10 games and 1 out of those games is interesting. like i said, that was my first game back after like a week of not playing ya’ll were so try hard trying to prove something it was just annoying. like i said, i purposely let people rez teammates and stuff so it was just frustrating to see you run across the entire map to get a kill in 3 min. i died because i dove too hard and let you get me into second wind. and also because i wasn’t expecting you to actually go as hard as you do. most of the time im dealing with total noobies. this is why i want this mode: if i know to expect a good team i’ll be ready for it. again was having a bad day too.
you dont have to do it bro. FT queue is really short. i’d be willing to wait 5 more min if it meant i was playing a competitive game.
