FT has a damage buff, since two patches, they lower your life with the predator with more hp with less than a gun charger TESTED.

I’ve played a few custom modes with similar setups, and the biggest thing that helps the fireteam is sticking together instead of wandering off for side kills. With three predators hunting, anyone who drifts gets deleted fast, so tight spacing and overlapping fields of fire make a huge difference. Rotating two players to handle the Yautja clocks while the rest form a perimeter also keeps things from turning into chaos.

For the predators, coordinated pushes work better than solo ambushes. If they hit from different angles at the same time, even a full squad melts pretty quickly.
