New Mode

I would like an offline mode for predator as when you do private you only kill weak ai and keeps saying marines escaped, so make ai marines with harder difficulty and a bit smarter.

also for online why not do this have 4 marines against 4 other online guys that could be like bandits that are strong too and both have there own missions to do and also have the predator try to kill both sides would be more fun i think that way the marines are not just fighting just ai would be more challenging and more fun for predator too.

that way theres 8 players on and a predator!!!

Been suggested quite a bit, and does sound fun but it would double que time for Pred.

Lots of threads about this too.

woops my bad lol. wat about add an extra predator have 4 vs 4 and 2 predators would that maybe fix the queue time a bit

It might then at least it’s even with the normal Hunt mode.

I’m sure some form of bot mode is going to be added, but I don’t have any proof.

even that would be good too but i would also like to see like a pvp fireteam also becasue the ai in this game not that good

i hope so that way you can practice more with the predator and get better using him the queue times for predator are so high just now i dont wait so i always go fireteam

Agreed but this would be intense

(Around) Ft health -140
Hunter health -1200-1500

And the guns melt pred so if we were gonna add pvp damage would be equal to headshots in r6 siege lol

And after playing that game for a while it’s safe to assume if it was 3 team pvp the pred could wait it out and watch the teams destroy each other lol until theirs one person left

I think all 8 players will team up against the predator which would require another predator to balance it out and I couldn’t care less for an offline version of hunt. I’d much rather illfonic spend their time/money expanding the online portion and bugs/balance.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be Hunt, it could be anything from fighting a warrior from an ancient culture to a giant insect or dinosaur type monster.

I could see a single bot programmed to run for a set amount of time and defend itself using melee ie. swords, spears, maybe some of the mythic rewards could be earned this way. Just need to strip the modern stuff off one of the maps, instant ancient jungle.

Backwater could keep the village if they stripped the modern stuff, the ruins on Overgrowth are fine, Derailed might look funny, but they could just put a crashed ship where the buildings are after removing them, the trail from the tracks are it’s skid mark.

That could be monthly predator challenges. It would help out with wait times as well. They could take inspiration from how the hitman games make current levels fresh again.

That would be cool, get a new old map ever month (the stripped versions) and a new Ancient enemy. Fighting an Iroquois warrior one month, then a small Roman Legion (no not a whole Legion just ten of them) the next would certainly entertain me. Might improve the bots to as they teach them new tricks. Can you imagine a group of Romans lowering their shields and spears at you, that would be epic.

Edit - I’d even be willing to buy the characters they have to design for a reasonable price if they came in 3 packs.

This way they can add new people ie. faces, hair, tattoos and other assorted stuff and recoup part of the cost.

Throw in new melee skins and a unique item like a bow for humans (possibly with poison arrows), each time and you end up with a lot of options down the line.

The ai in general need to be smarter for regular game mode.

Smart ai =

Ai that hides behind cover
Freaks out from preds and players
Hopefully deals more damage
More accurate also

Imo the ai are retarded but making them like the ones we see in cod or other games is too much for ai health and damage at the moment

Unless the ft is good the pred just has to sit back and watch 12 smart ai rape the team lol
