New perk/spec was found?

Today I played my Disciplined Scout with a smart disk.
During gameplay i noticed that sometimes if I am pressing Cloak+Attack button at the same time = pred is staying in invis without any Visual or sound effects. I killed one guy with this glitch, that was cool to be honest.
Also I tried to perform full combo but the maximum amount of stealth hits was only two. Smart disk also was able to reproduce this glitch.
After this I tried to reproduce this in private match, but it doesn’t work (

It’s always been so stupid to have him decloak by swinging a weapon. It makes zero sense.
