I was just going to ask where this was located. Took a screenshot just like that.
I know where I can find big blue pipes but this angle and the sun direction/color are different.
This is just backwater?
Possibly a graphics overhaul?
But patio furniture and a tire on the post?
It must be the other side we’re the pipes disappear off the map, assuming they’re the same pipes.

The time of day is more Derailed as Backwater has a sunset feel.
…I see a white gas tank…aren’t they usually RED?
I don’t think it’s Backwater, going to look later when I have time.

Well they could of had maps on the back burner that weren’t ready for launch so it might be a new map theres still a possbility.

I’ve seen this picture already and I think it was just one of the earlier versions of backwater. The graphics look not fleshed out.
Found this spot in Backwater, it’s not new.
This photo is in the PlayStation store. We’ve had this since launch.
Its an old picture i know.
