New player, please terrorize me.

Hi guys. Grabbed this game off PS Plus last month and have been enjoying it quite a bit. Some thoughts from my grind so far:

-Too many melee weapons for Pred are woefully inadequate. They either need damage boosts, animation fixes or both.
-The bow sucks. It’s too slow, too weak and too reliant on headshots to put out it’s mediocre damage. This really punishes people who don’t consistently have perfect ping.
-Some of the perks are absolutely useless. Looking at you, Trapper.
-Bugs galore. It’s pretty annoying having your FT loadout reset to default after every match if you dare to slot Dutch’s Knife into it.
-Most of the Special weapons for FT are totally garbage. It’s like they exist only to punish really dumb Pred players and even then, only by a small margin.
-Lootboxes need a complete overhaul or removed entirely. Getting nothing but dupes from 20 boxes or more is inexcusable.
-The entire economy of the game is pretty bizarre actually. Pred should at least be able to pick up VT spawns if nothing else. It would fit with the lore no problem and not force so many people into grinding FT matches just to get some VT.

I could keep going but I’m sure most of these complaints are already well discussed at this point. Rant over. Feed me your hate now.

Welcome to PHG. They’re terrified of rewarding pred for headshots or giving him anything hitscan. You’re just fighting health bars in some of the most unrewarding attrition gameplay ever then stuff like reinforcements exist and replenish gear to reward dying just because.

Pred used to be able to and they removed it. Actually had an animation for it too whereas FT doesnt lel

Nope they don’t state anything.

We know absolutely nothing in regards to their intended game design besides them saying 2v8 would be unbalanced and they only want maps on Earth.

When you’re gud you have win streaks. If you fuck up then you resort to Newbie threads like this one!

I see many of you have absolutely garbage reading comprehension. I’ll chock it up to a majority of you being ESL folks and not worry about it much. I don’t care if the game favors FT or Pred. I care that it’s a broken buggy mess with practically zero input from it’s development team. I like playing Pred, and I like playing FT. In fact, FT is slightly more enjoyable by the simple fact that they have more to do other than ‘find dudes, kill dudes, press roar emote.’ This doesn’t change the fact that both sides have serious flaws that Illfonic should address. Thank you for your time and your salt though. Also, when are we going to be able to buy Jungle Hunter as DLC?

You should have not mentioned "dont terrorize me’ or ‘send me your hate’ because the worse thing about this game are it’s forum members. They are terribly autistic and are prone to antagonizing you in everyway fucking possible. I theorize they are devs using fake accounts but i could be wrong. There might actually be sick folks on this forum. So i suggest blocking anyone whom you don’t want to hear especially those who will get long winded in conversation battles that might last 12 hours in the day straight.
