Lasershot sounds awesome. I’d be totally down to play as him.
I think Borg though stands more likely though given he wouldn’t be as much work given the City hunter head is already done so they’d just have to retexture it, the sword he has can be a weapon variant, and we’re already getting the shuriken. So really they’d only have to make a new body for him. I think he uses the same dreadlocks as City Hunter so that could be a thing that unlocks with him or they can keep it default.
The only thing for Borg they’d need to workaround is his lack of wrist blades though an energy blade coming from his gauntlet or ignoring it entirely is an option.
