I will say as far as psychopathy at birth, there is no brain damage. It’s just wired a little differently to provide advantages in harder times.
Sociopaths are most often made, showing that a similar things can happen just though life experiences, and is kind of a neurological defense mechanism.
Like it or not but someone with ASPD is much likelier to succeed in a survival situation or the apocalypse.
