New predator scout class stamina bug

Just found a bug as predator with the scout class. Randomly, your stamina will start to regenerate at a greatly reduced rate. May be tied to second wind but I’m not sure.

That bug isn’t limited to the scout predator, got it at least with the hunter too.

as of 1.06 patch, this bug still happen on the Predator Scout. :((
