NEW PREDATOR WEAPON KEYBINDINGS GUIDE

this is post 3.1.0

  • select weapon 1 = whatever your primary weapon slot is

  • select weapon 2 = wrist blades

  • select weapon 3 = whatever your secondary weapon slot is

  • select weapon 4 = plasma caster

id suggest going in the tutorial to make sure everything is binded correctly before going into an actual match. personally i have my weapons set to:

right d-pad = select weapon 1

left d-pad = select weapon 3

my wrist blades and plasma caster aren’t binded and need the weapon wheel to be equipped. i used to have the caster bound to R3 but i changed it to jump/change branch after deciding to work on my predkour tactics

why would ps players bind their weapons?

weapon swap timing can determine the outcome of each and every engagement during a match

also it makes us console players feel like big kids that have a gaming pc with keyboard/mouse controls

Faster selection compared to using the wheel. Instead of multiple inputs and seconds wasted its one input in like one second, makes a huge difference in a high profile match.

You know if they don’t get into a full Playstation match with ps predator they quit right? they just play minecraft after.

I’ve tried changing my keybindings before and it just fucks with my muscle memory that I’ve developed the last four years. I tried it with R3 for going into the trees and switching R1 and R2 around on FT so I can fire the 1011-12 faster with R1, and its just mucky for me.

Considering most console players are absolutely braindead, yes, yes I do.

And Minecraft is a much better game than this. Far more relaxing too.
